Modern Built Homes & Spaces Pty Ltd holds an Open Builder’s Licence and brings over 20 years of residential construction experience, including large-scale disaster-recovery project management. That experience shapes how we run every project — well organised, clearly communicated and professionally managed, whether it’s a custom home, a granny flat or a backyard studio.

From First Enquiry to Handover
Initial Enquiry
You provide the address, intended use, preferred size and any information you already have.
Initial Conversation
We discuss your property, priorities, likely budget and timing.
Property and Planning Review
We examine the basic planning information available and flag anything that may need specialist confirmation.
Design and Investigation
Where appropriate, the project moves to site investigation, design, engineering, approvals and detailed pricing.
Construction and Handover
Once documentation, approvals and agreements are complete, the build is scheduled and managed through to handover.
Gold Coast, Logan & Surrounding South East Queensland
We primarily build within the Gold Coast City Council area, working with certifiers, engineers and neighbouring councils such as Logan where a project calls for it.
